Supermarkets and shopping in Banksia Grove
There is lots to love about living at Banksia Grove, and the convenience of having so many grocery options literally right on your doorstep is definitely one of them.
The Banksia Grove retail and business precinct is located between Pinjar Road, Joondalup Drive and Joseph Banks Boulevard. Although the precinct is well established including Coles, Woolworths and ALDI, there is plenty of scope for future expansion with each centre growing with the community to meet their needs.
Banksia Grove Coles Shopping Village
With Coles as its anchor this neighbourhood shopping village has a vibrant mall with a great range of everyday shopping needs including chemist, newsagent, bakery and liquor store. After shopping you can stop off at II Gelato or DOME for a coffee and catchup. The Coles development also includes Snap Fitness, Banksia Grove Vets, NIDO Early Learning Centre plus McDonalds, Hungry Jacks and a BP Service Station. The centre has plans for further expansion too so watch this space!
Banksia Grove Woolworths & ALDI
The Woolworths shopping centre sits at the heart of the Banksia Grove retail precinct with a brand new mall which includes Woolies, Woolies liquor, Jetts 24 hour Fitness and a selection of local service and food outlets. The Coffee Club is a popular meeting place for locals and sits alongside a children’s play area. The centre is currently expanding with KFC, a service station and care wash recently completed and works underway on a proposed childcare centre and medical centre.
ALDI Shopping Centre
Banksia Grove’s ALDI is one of the largest ALDI supermarkets in Western Australia and is located between the Coles and Woolworths developments. The supermarket has a wide range of products including liquor. The ALDI site has room for further expansion, we can’t wait to hear what their future plans are!
Lakeside Joondalup
Just a short 10 minute drive from Banksia Grove is the major northern regional shopping centre Lakeside Joondalup, complete with supermarkets, department stores, boutiques, Myer and a cinema. Having recently completed a major upgrade and expansion, Lakeside Joondalup is one of WA’s largest shopping malls and sure to provide some serious retail therapy.
