WA State Grants
First Home Owners Grant ($10,000) and transfer (stamp) duty relief. This is available ongoing. Refer to government website for more information. Link
New Build Grant ($20,000) Contract must be signed by 31 December 2020; Submit application as soon as construction has commenced (and by 31 December 2021). Link
Federal Grant
Homebuilder Grant ($25,000). Contract must be signed between 29 November 2020 and 31 December 2020. Applications for the grant must be submitted before 14 April 2021. Link
Homebuilder Grant ($15,000) Contract must be signed between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021. Applications for the grant must be submitted before 14 April 2021. Link
